If you go to the grocery store and check out the back of usual store bought nachos sauce but the carb count is outrageous! So I made my own.
Ingredients
Half a stick a butter (about 1/4 cup)
3 ounces of cream cheese
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1 can of Rotel Tomatoes
1 tsp of chili powder
1/4 tsp of cumin
Directions
Heat butter on medium heat until melted but do not burned.
Add cream cheese and watch until melted, stir occasionally.
Add heavy whipping cream.
Once heavy whipping cream is heated up but not boiling add cheese and stir until melted.
Add tomatoes, chili powder and cumin.
