This is one of my favorite things to make but it is a little time consuming.
Ingredients
1quart heavy whipping cream. It can’t be ultra pasteurized.
Directions
Preheat over to 170
Pour heavy cream into a 9x13 baking dish
Bake for 12 hours
Pull out of oven and leave on counter until room temp.
Place in the fridge for 8 hours. Once cooled you can scrap the top layer off. If too thick for you add a little of the bottom liquid to it.
Can be saved in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
