Low Carb Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 cloves of garlic minced

  • 1 bell pepper chopped

  • 1 zucchini chopped

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 3 heaping tbsp tomato paste

Seasonings

  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp sweetener

  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a pot add oil to heat. Add zucchini, peppers and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Add Ground beef and brown. Mix in Seasonings.

  3. Add in tomatoes, tomatoe paste and beef broth

  4. Simmer for 20 minutes and ENJOY!

I like to top my chili with cilantro, sour cream and olives
