What I use on my Ribs, I make my own to keep away from hidden sugars in store bought rubs.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Sweetener
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tsp Redmond Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Cayenne Powder
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Mustard Powder
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Calories 118 - Net Carbs 11.5g - Fat 4.8g - Protein 5.2g
I did use this whole recipe on the rack of ribs. Breaking down is 1.3 Net Carbs per Tablespoon.
