Protein Shake Mug Cake

I've been googling all day to find a mug cake recipe using protein shake. All I could find was using dry protein and I have all these cases of Quest Proteins in my pantry, So I made my own.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of coconut flour

  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

  • 3 tbsp of any protein shake (I used 2 tbsp Quest Caramel and 1 tbsp of vanilla)

  • 1 tbsp of sweenter

  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp melted butter


Directions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl

  2. Add in vanilla and protein shake

  3. Mix in egg until well combined then add butter

  4. Pour into a greased mug and microwave for 2 minutes
