I've been googling all day to find a mug cake recipe using protein shake. All I could find was using dry protein and I have all these cases of Quest Proteins in my pantry, So I made my own.
Ingredients
2 tbsp of coconut flour
1/4 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of any protein shake (I used 2 tbsp Quest Caramel and 1 tbsp of vanilla)
1 tbsp of sweenter
1/4 tsp of vanilla
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl
Add in vanilla and protein shake
Mix in egg until well combined then add butter
Pour into a greased mug and microwave for 2 minutes
