Pumpkin Mug Cake

I live for pumpkin spice anything. With me being the only one who eats keto I love making mug cakes. It's also the best way for me not to eat all my carbs

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Almond Flour

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Spice

  • 1 Tbsp Sweetener

  • A Pinch of Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Melted Butter

  • 1 egg beaten

  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Mix egg and butter together in separate bowl

  3. combine the dry, wet ingredient and pumpkin together. pour into a greased mug.

  4. Microwave for 90secs
