I live for pumpkin spice anything. With me being the only one who eats keto I love making mug cakes. It's also the best way for me not to eat all my carbs
Ingredients
3 Tbsp Almond Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
1 Tbsp Sweetener
A Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp Pumpkin
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients together in a bowl
Mix egg and butter together in separate bowl
combine the dry, wet ingredient and pumpkin together. pour into a greased mug.
Microwave for 90secs
