Spinach Mushroom Ham Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 tbsp. butter

  • 2 cups ham cubed

  • 1 1/2 cups spinach

  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced

  • 1 14oz can of artichoke hearts

  • 4 cups chicken stock

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • salt and pepper


Directions

  1. Add rest of the ingredients: Ham, spinach, artichokes, cream and chicken stock.is fragrant. Add in onions and mushrooms, cook until soft.

  2. Add rest of the ingredients: Ham, spinach, artichokes, cream and chicken stock.

  3. Season with Salt, pepper and a pinch a nutmeg.

  4. Simmer for 10 minutes until spinach is wilted and ham is heated. Try not to over boil.
