Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp. butter
2 cups ham cubed
1 1/2 cups spinach
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1 14oz can of artichoke hearts
4 cups chicken stock
1 cup heavy whipping cream
pinch of nutmeg
salt and pepper
Directions
Add rest of the ingredients: Ham, spinach, artichokes, cream and chicken stock.is fragrant. Add in onions and mushrooms, cook until soft.
Add rest of the ingredients: Ham, spinach, artichokes, cream and chicken stock.
Season with Salt, pepper and a pinch a nutmeg.
Simmer for 10 minutes until spinach is wilted and ham is heated. Try not to over boil.
